The Internal Security Operations Command is tracking down the person behind the Facebook account that offered a reward for the head of 4th Army chief Lt Gen Piyawat Nakwanich (right). YALA - The Internal Security Operations Command (Isoc) is ferreting out the person behind a Facebook account that posted a threat to the life of 4th Army commander Lt Gen Piyawat Nakwanich. Deputy Isoc spokesman Col Yutthanam Petchmuang said on Thursday the southern army command had ordered authorities to track down the account owner and take legal action. A Facebook account under the name of Suding Su Patani carried a picture of Lt Gen Piyawat in army uniform on Wednesday, with a message offering a reward of 1 million baht to anybody who beheads the general. Lt Gen Piyawat took over as commander of the 4th Army in October last year.
